If you would like to become a member of Eikoku Roshukai then please download, print and complete the below Application & Renewal Form. On completion please hand the form, including a cheque for the membership fee (and photo if required), to your dojo leader who will then send it on to the membership secretary.
Applications for membership made directly to the membership secretary will be sent to your dojo leader.
