I added the next mini seminar at Nottingham but didn't remove the summer seminar info. I put the Nottingham one at the top because it's up and coming so that seemed to make sense. Have left both templates in place (very handy they are too). Ken

Can you check any contact details are correct before publishing them? Perhaps with the person whoes details you're adding? Thanks. Ken
