Roshukai Mini Seminar at Glenisla, Scotland - Sat 26th & Sun 27th April 2008
You are invited to our mini seminar at Glenisla, Angus, Scotland. The village hall at Kirkton of Glenisla is modern with ladies and gents changing rooms and showers etc. The programme will include key kata from Seiza and Tatehiza aswell as TUNK. This is a Roshukai only seminar.
Saturday
09:00 - 09:30 Greeting, warmup and kihon
09:30 - 13:00 Seiza no bu, key waza
13:00 - 13:30 Lunch
13:30 - 14:00 Warmup and kihon
14:00 - 17:00 Oe Sensei Tachiuchi no kata
Evening - Free practice

Notes
Kihon will be limited, allowing us more time for kata and partner work. A snack lunch each day is included in the fee, along with a delicious catered dinner of local (carnivorous) produce served on Saturday evening. Feel free to sleep in the hall (separate area for ladies ... the stage). Please bring your own sleeping kit and breakfast.
