Saturday will be set aside for kihon practise from Japan, and looking at the effects on seiza no bu. Sunday is Tachi uchi no kata and tachi uchi no kurai, depending on experience level, (some may continue on seiza no bu if they wish). Fees are £10 per day to be donated to summer seminar costs. There is a local japanese restaurant for the Saturday night out...
